This privacy policy describes how the Any Patch of Grass mobile application (“the App”) collects, uses, and protects your information.
Information We Collect
Analytics Data
We use Amplitude to collect anonymous usage data that helps us improve the App. This includes:
- Screen views and feature usage
- Session duration and app lifecycle events (opens, backgrounds, closes)
- Device type, operating system, and app version
Amplitude assigns a random device identifier. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or location. No user accounts or logins are required.

Crash and Performance Data
We use Sentry to collect crash reports and performance traces. This includes:
- Stack traces and error messages when the App crashes or encounters an error
- Device type, operating system version, and app version
- Performance timing data (e.g., how long screens take to load)
No personally identifiable information is included in crash reports.

Push Notifications
We use OneSignal to deliver push notifications about festival announcements and schedule updates. If you opt in to notifications, OneSignal stores:
- A random device token for message delivery
- Device type and operating system version
You can disable push notifications at any time in your device settings. We do not use push notification data for advertising.

Local Notifications
We use Awesome Notifications to schedule local reminders for events you have favorited. This data is stored entirely on your device and is never transmitted to any server.
Information We Do Not Collect
- Names, email addresses, or other contact information
- Location data
- Photos, contacts, or other device data
- Payment or financial information
How We Use Your Information
We use the data described above solely to:
- Improve app stability and performance
- Understand which features are useful
- Deliver festival-related notifications you have opted into
We do not use your data for advertising, marketing, or profiling. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for their own purposes.
Data Retention
- Amplitude retains analytics data according to their standard retention policy. We do not configure extended retention.
- Sentry retains crash and performance data for 90 days.
- OneSignal retains device tokens for as long as push notifications remain enabled.
Your Rights
You may:
- Opt out of analytics by uninstalling the App
- Opt out of push notifications by disabling them in your device settings
- Request deletion of any data associated with your device by contacting us at info@apog.life
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Children’s Privacy
The App does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided data through the App, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
